Terms of Service

These terms cover appointments booked through this site and work carried out at Ivan Turbo Garage. Booking an appointment means you accept them.

Bookings

• An online booking reserves shop time. It is confirmed once we contact you — usually the same business day.
• Durations shown on this site are estimates. The real timeline is confirmed after inspection.
• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so the slot can go to someone else.

Estimates and approval

You receive a written estimate before work begins. We do not exceed an approved estimate without contacting you first and getting your agreement. If a job uncovers something unexpected — and on modified cars it sometimes does — we stop and call.

Parts and warranty

• Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. We'll help you claim against it, but we can't extend it.
• Our labour is warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on the specific work performed.
• Customer-supplied parts are fitted without any warranty on the part itself. Labour to refit a failed customer part is chargeable.

Performance modifications

Modified vehicles may no longer comply with emissions regulations and may void the vehicle manufacturer's warranty. Some parts we fit are sold for off-road or competition use only. It is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply where you drive, and to inform your insurer of any modifications.

Increased power increases stress on every component downstream of it. We advise on supporting modifications, but we cannot guarantee the longevity of parts we did not supply or specify.

Vehicle storage and collection

Vehicles left more than seven days after completion may incur a daily storage charge. We keep completed vehicles secured, but they remain on the premises at your risk beyond that point.

Payment

Payment is due on collection unless agreed otherwise in writing. Larger builds may require a deposit toward parts before work is scheduled.
