Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 July 2026.

This policy explains what Ivan Turbo Garage does with the information you give us. It is written plainly on purpose. If anything here is unclear, send us a messageand we'll answer directly.

What we collect

  • Booking details — your name, phone number, email, vehicle year, make, model, and any notes you add when scheduling service.
  • Contact messages — whatever you send through the contact form or WhatsApp.
  • Service records — the work performed on your vehicle, parts fitted, and any calibration data.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we collect it

To confirm appointments, quote work accurately, order the right parts, and contact you about the vehicle we're working on. Service records are kept so that we — and you — can look back at what was done and when.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers and service providers needed to do the work: parts distributors, machine shops for engine work, and the software we use to run the calendar and send confirmations. Each of these only receives what they need for their part of the job.

We'll release information if the law requires it, and not otherwise.

How long we keep it

Service records are retained for seven years, which is standard for warranty and liability purposes in the automotive trade. Enquiries that never become bookings are deleted after twelve months.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your information, except where we're required to keep service records.
  • Opt out of any non-essential messages at any time.

Use the contact form, or call (682) 554-1507and we'll action it.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site tracking.

We may measure which pages get read and which buttons get used, so we know whether the site is doing its job. That measurement is cookieless and records behaviour only — which service was viewed, which step of the booking form was reached. It never includes your name, email, phone number, vehicle details, or anything you typed into a form.

The embedded Google Map may set cookies from Google when it loads. That's Google's own processing, covered by their privacy policy.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of the page.
