Custom Builds
Custom Fabrication
When the part you need doesn't exist, it gets made. TIG and MIG in steel, stainless, and aluminium — manifolds, brackets, mounts, piping, and the one-off solutions that a catalogue can't cover.
Typically Varies
What's included
TIG and MIG welding, bracketry, manifolds, and one-off solutions in steel, stainless, and aluminum.
- Design and test-fit in the car before anything is finish-welded
- TIG welding in stainless and aluminium, MIG in mild steel
- Mandrel bending and precision cutting
- Back-purging on stainless where the weld sees exhaust gas
- Finishing to the standard you'd be happy leaving uncovered
When people book this
- An off-the-shelf part fouls something in your bay
- A swap or turbo kit needs mounts, brackets, or piping that isn't sold
- You want a manifold built around your turbo placement rather than the other way round

Questions we get asked
The things people want to know before booking custom fabrication.
Can you copy a part I already have?
Usually, and often improve it. Bring the original — working from a physical part is far more reliable than working from a photograph.
How do you price fabrication?
By the job, quoted after we've seen the car and understood the constraint. Fabrication priced by the hour before anyone's looked at the problem is a number that means nothing.
Often booked together
These come up in the same conversation often enough that it's worth pricing them together.
