ECU Tuning
A calibration is where every other decision on the car gets reconciled. We tune on data — fuel trims, knock, intake temps, and boost error across the whole rev range — and you leave with the logs that show it.
Typically 3–5 hours
What's included
Dyno and street calibration for fuel, timing, and boost control — safe, repeatable power with datalog verification.
- Pre-tune health check: compression, leak-down where warranted, and a scan for existing faults
- Fuel, timing, and boost control calibration
- Datalogging on the road or the dyno across the full load range
- Safety checks — knock retard, lean spikes, and intake temperature under sustained load
- A copy of the final logs and a plain-English summary of what changed
When people book this
- New hardware that the factory map knows nothing about
- A boost cut, a lean condition, or knock retard you can see in the logs
- A previous tune with no supporting data behind it
ECU Tuning
Questions we get asked
The things people want to know before booking ecu tuning.
Do you tune cars you didn't build?
Yes, but we inspect first. Tuning around someone else's mistakes is how engines get hurt. That inspection is usually an hour and it's the cheapest hour you'll spend on the car.
Dyno or street tune?
Both have their place. The dyno gives repeatable load control and a number; the street shows how the car behaves in the conditions you actually drive in. Most builds get some of each.
Will I get the map file?
You get the datalogs and a written summary of every change. Map files themselves are handled case by case — ask and we'll give you a straight answer.
Often booked together
These come up in the same conversation often enough that it's worth pricing them together.
